Please take the time to read these, as they include important terms which apply to you. These Terms will apply to every contract between us for the sale of a product or service to you (a Contract), whether that Contract is finalised using our website, over the telephone, social media, through e-mail or other written correspondence or otherwise. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before you place an order for any product or service.

Information about us

We are a healthy-food store and our innovative platform brings your healthy food cravings to your doorstep. Our offerings include an impressive range of Salads, Wraps, Smoothies, Juices and fresh vegetables with a rich menu to choose from.

Our purpose

We promote healthy living through consumption of fruits and vegetables sourced from local farms. Our purpose is to do the sourcing of ingredients, preparation of your meals, and delivery thus providing a simple and convenient all-round service.

The products, packaging and presentation 

The images of each product on our website are for illustration purposes only. Although we have made reasonable efforts to display the appearance of each product accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display will accurately reflect the appearance of that product. The product which we deliver to you may vary slightly from the images on our website. 

How the contract is formed between you and us

As a client, you expressly declare to know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these conditions. In the same way, you declare to be of legal age and have the legal capacity to access KERICS Foods website.To purchase our products or service, you can go to the corresponding section of our online store.

After the purchase process, you will receive a confirmation by email. It is essential that during the purchase process you provide a valid email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours from the completion of the order, please contact KERICS Foods on the customer service phone or by email via info@kericsfoods.com

Our right to vary these terms

We amend these Terms from time to time, and may do the necessary modifications without prior notice. Please refer to the top of this page to see when these Terms were last updated. KERICS Foods reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through its website, by simply changing its content or name. Every time you order a product or service from us, the Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to the Contract between you and us. We may revise these Terms as they apply to your order from time to time to reflect the following circumstances:

a) changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and

b) changes in the way that we do business.

How to place an order

Orders can be made at different intervals; Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm. Saturday 9am to 4pm. However, we are closed on Sundays, Christmas Day and News Year’s Day. 

KERICS Foods only delivers within Abuja metropolis

How to pay

As a client you can pay the amount of your order via Visa or Mastercard credit card, Cash on delivery or Bank Transfer.

Litigation

KERICS Foods reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website or for the breach of these conditions. The relationship between you and us will be governed by current regulations and applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If any controversy arises, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
